The Irreverent Film Festival

Submit Your Film Now!

This is the festival where we celebrate freedom of expression and celebrate that comedy, advocacy, drama, and entertainment have a space to speak freely, take chances, and dare to laugh.

We accept short films, narrative features, comedy, satire, documentaries/mockumentaries, and more, and pretty much anything else you dreamed up and regretted slightly less after editing. Just fit it into a genre. If you don’t know where to put it use narrative for long form and short for short form.

It’s a small $10 charge to submit at this time. This buys you a lot of love!

What Is the Irreverent Film Festival?

Have you made something bold? Awkward? Hysterical? Emotionally scarring in the best possible way? Perfect. You’re exactly what we’re looking for!

This is the film festival for creators who color outside the lines. We celebrate the absurd, the offbeat, the unhinged, and the unexpectedly brilliant. We enjoy the unapologetic, cinematic chaos, and filmmakers who bend the rules. So if your film makes people laugh, think, gasp, squirm—or call their therapist—send it in.
